2. Approval of Return: Once we receive your return request, our team will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 2-5 business days. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

3. Return Shipping: For approved returns, no shipping costs on returning product. We recommend that pack product properly in packages (product, labels, tags, and other things that comes in package) and handover it to delivery person.

4. Inspection and Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-15 business days, and the funds will be applied to your original method of payment or as store credit.

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including but not limited to: Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us. Items returned without the original packaging or missing components.
