Please read the following carefully to understand our policies regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.

 

1. General Guidelines

  • Products are eligible for return, replacement, or refund as per the category-specific policy listed below.
  • The item must be in its original condition with all tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within the return window applicable to the specific product category.
  • Items must not be used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Some items may be non-returnable or non-refundable unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and freebies (if any).
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

Products are non-returnable under the following conditions:

  • Items explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, personal hygiene items.
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, plants, etc., unless damaged.
  • Digital downloads once accessed (unless incorrect or failed).
  • Gift cards and coupons.

 

5. Return Process

  1. Initiate Request:
    Login to your Hrishnali account > Go to "My Orders" > Select the order > Click "Return/Replace" > Choose the reason.
  2. Pick-up/Drop-off:
    • Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 2–5 business days.
    • Alternatively, you may be asked to self-ship the product (for certain locations).
  3. Inspection:
    Upon receipt, the product will be inspected to confirm eligibility based on the policy.
  4. Refund/Replacement Initiation:
    Once approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.

 

6. Refund Process

  • Refund Mode:
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI, etc.) or Hrishnali Wallet, based on customer preference, where applicable.
  • Timeline:
    • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
    • COD Orders: Refund will be processed to your provided bank account or via UPI within 7–10 business days after product pickup.

 

7. Replacement Policy

  • Products eligible for replacement will be replaced free of charge if stock is available.
  • If the product is not available for replacement, a full refund will be issued. (after product pickup)

 

8. Special Cases

  • Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Products:
    Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographs/videos of the item and packaging.
  • Missing Items:
    Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing videos/photos.

 

9. Seller-Specific Policies

Since Hrishnali is a multi-vendor marketplace, some sellers may have their own return and refund policies. Such policies will be mentioned on the respective product pages and will override the general policy where applicable.

 

10. Important Notes

  • Refund/replacement approval is at the sole discretion of Hrishnali or the seller based on the verification process.
  • Hrishnali reserves the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet the return conditions.
  • In cases of fraudulent activity, abuse of return policy, or excessive returns, Hrishnali may refuse service.
