We have partnered with leading logistics providers, including but not limited to Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, Xpressbees, DTDC, and India Post, and more, ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
Each order is assigned a logistics partner based on your delivery location, serviceability, and product nature.
3. Order Processing Time
Standard Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days (Monday - Saturday, excluding public holidays).
For customized, made-to-order, or bulk items, additional processing time may apply. Specific timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation via sellers/vendors (message section).

5. Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping (India): All domestic shipments are free.
International Shipping: International shipping costs are displayed at the time of checkout or via the message center, communicating with the seller.
Seller-Specific Shipping Fees: Some sellers may charge different shipping rates based on product type or location. These charges will be displayed at checkout or via the message center, communicating with the seller.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID and link.
You can also track your orders directly from your Hrishnali Account > My Orders section.
Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours after dispatch. (depends on partner network)
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to three (3) attempts to deliver your order.
In case of unsuccessful delivery (due to unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept), the product will be returned to the seller.
Redelivery may be attempted upon request, subject to availability and additional shipping charges.
8. Delivery Address Guidelines
Please ensure that your complete shipping address, including PIN code and landmark, is accurate at the time of placing the order.
Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
In rare cases, if the address needs to be updated, please immediately cancel and reorder or contact our support team at support@hrishnali.comor through the Help Center, raise a ticket.
9. Packaging
We prioritize safe and eco-friendly packaging.
Fragile items are packed securely to prevent transit damage.
In case of branded shipments (fulfilled directly by vendors), packaging may reflect the brand logo and design.
10. Delay or Non-Delivery
In rare cases of delay due to operational issues, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or regional disturbances, we will proactively inform you of the status.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, you may choose to wait, request a cancellation, or seek alternative solutions suggested by the Hrishnali support team.
11. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item:
Raise a complaint through My Orders > Raise Issue or via the Contact page within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Provide clear photos/videos as evidence along with the complaint.
After verification, appropriate action, such as replacement, refund, or reshipment, will be taken.
12. Bulk and Special Orders
For bulk orders, large furniture, appliances, or customized items, additional handling and shipping times may apply.
Customers will be informed at the time of purchase and through direct communication if necessary.
13. Restricted PIN Codes
Certain remote locations, restricted areas (military zones, border towns), and no-service areas may not be serviceable.
In such cases, orders may be canceled, and full refunds will be processed immediately (takes 7 business days to reflect in the account).
14. Ownership and Risk
Ownership of the product and risk of loss or damage transfer to you upon delivery.
